The sixth grade is learning to realistically draw a still life of flowers in Oil Pastel. Then they make up a design or pattern for the background and use bright colors. They look like they were painted! We also learned some new oil pastel techniques like blending, scumbling and outlining. This project will be used for our square art fundraiser this year.
