One of our middle school Students was one of 13 winners for the annual anti-violence calendar contest. Each student had to illustrate some way to avoid violence in their life. I attended the ceremony where Jacob was awarded $100 gift certificate and a photo was taken of all the winners out of over 900 entries. Above is Jacob's winning calendar page. Next year it will be featured on one of the months for 2011.
